This is an activity I did last year with my students to practice  introductions. They really enjoyed it

1) Have your students learn the song

2) After they have learned the song write the questions on the board

3) Use the song to do introductions: choose one student and without the music, have the whole class sing the song in unison. The chosen student has to sing the answers with his/her name, age...

4) Choose another student and continue

It is a really simple activity but still very fun since each student will add his/her own personal touch to the song!
