¿Qué tiempo hace hoy?

Weather

Use this story with comprehension questions at the end to review high frequency structures related to the weather in Spanish. Students will review concepts like "¿Qué tiempo hace?" "Está lloviendo". "Hace viento". "Hace buen día" and much more!  Before working on this short story make sure to teach the ¿Qué tiempo hace? video and song to your students. After working on the story they can also practice weather related vocabulary with these Spanish interactive games for kids.

Remember that there is an interactive version of the story where students can listen to the story and then complete the comprehension and sequencing activities and also a printable version. You can download the printable version by clicking the blue "Download story" button. You can also download a version without text that you can use to do "Picture Talk" type activities.  If you are new to Comprehensive Input you can take a look at this post by Chris Stolz where he explains how to do a Picture Talk really well.

Below you can see sample images from the story and from the comprehension and sequencing activities!
